Hi everyone! I am blogging from my lovely comfortable parents’ house in NJ. My mother and I had a FABULOUS day, and I will tell you all about it after recapping yesterday! As usual, traffic was hell getting from DC to NJ. I did plenty of eating to keep my tummy occupied! I brought carrots… An apple (plus an uncpictured orange)… And the world’s amazing sandwich- a Flat-Out filled with leftover vegetables with pesto sauce from Thursday and 1/4c. hummus.
